Environmental policy

OAO “Moscow – Red Hills” is considering the protection of the environment as its priority activity. Our company is the operator of the hi-tech complex of buildings and engineering syetms “Riverside Towers”  and we recognize that the activities of our company are influencing the environment to a certain extent and we undertake the responsibility to continuously reduce such an influence.
For that reason we have established and are constantly perfecting the environmental management system in the company, basing on the following principles:

• The company’s activities comply with the environmental legislative, normative and other requirements, accepted by the company
• The environmental policy is taken into account when we develop the strategy of the company
• The team of the company shares the responsibility for the condition of the environment
• The company is optimizing the technological processes, applies energy and resource saving technologies, reducing and if possible preventing the influence on the environment
• The company is aiming at the prevention of the risks of the occurrence of the accidental situations, affecting the environment
• The company is openly demonstrating the results of the environmental activities to all the interested parties.

Management of the company undertakes the responsibility to follow this policy and to create the conditions for the realization of the established objectives.
